Accommodation is on a dinner, bed and breakfast basis, and our rates are as follows:

Booking Conditions and Regulations

On booking, a deposit of 50% of the total fee must be received within 7 days or the booking will be cancelled.  The balance must be received by 1st June, 2009.  These rates and various designated dates are subject to variation without notice.

Booking office is open between 9:00am and 9:00pm.

Payments for Accommodations

 - Electronic Funds Transfer can be facilitated.  Please discuss with the booking officer at time of booking

Cancellations

Cancellations are subject to a fee of 20% and notification must be received 4 weeks in advance for bookings to be eligible for a refund.  The full booking tariff will be payable to the Club for any cancellations made within this 4-week period.

Children

Children 5 years and under are not permitted in the Lodge outside of school holidays.

Children's rates are only available during school holidays or must pay applicable adult rates outside of school holidays.  All bookings for school holidays will be taken on a provisional basis up to 28 March 2009.  If the Lodge is overbooked at that time, a ballot will be held.

Linen

Linen, EXCLUDING TOWELS, is provided in winter season only.  On arrival, guests are allocated their rooms and MUST ABIDE by their allocation.

Summer Bookings

A member must be in attendance.  Maximum number staying in lodge not to exceed 15 (including all children).

Children under 5 are free during summer period.  The Lodge does not provide any LINEN or PROVISIONS during the summer period.

Telephone

The telephone service in the Lodge is a "PHONE AWAY CARD" system.  Cards can be purchased from any newsagent, post office and some service stations.  The cards may also be purchased from the manager during the ski season.

BY LAW - Full names and addresses of ALL guests must be supplied at time of booking.
